SBEM (Simplified Building Energy Model) Training
SBEM is the methodology used for calculating energy use and carbon dioxide emissions of a nondomestic building given a description of the building geometry, construction, use and HVAC and lighting equipment. SBEM is the free to use software that is available to produce the the new commercial energy certificates. We believe that it is essential for delegates to gain hands-on experience of using the tool in a supported learning environment. This will give you confidence to apply the tool to your live projects and will lay a solid foundation for your accreditation with CIBSE.
